Ask your management anything. Without saying who you are.
Like a Jester lets employees put questions to their management anonymously, and lets management answer them directly. The service is run independently of your employer: the questions are never hosted by your management.
No blind spots. No rumours. Just honest answers.

The only one who could tell the king the truth.
In royal courts, the jester held a unique place. He was the only person allowed to tell the king the truth — the uncomfortable kind no courtier dared to voice. And he was the only one who could be insolent with the king without it ever having consequences. His freedom of speech was protected by tradition, and the wisest kings listened to him precisely because he had nothing to fear.
Like a Jester gives every employee that same privilege: to speak to leadership like a jester — frankly, even bluntly, and without any risk.
Tell the truth
Ask the question everyone is thinking but nobody says out loud.
Dare to be insolent
Challenge a decision, push back, say what bothers you. Directly.
Without consequences
Your identity is never revealed. Not to management, not to your colleagues.
How it works
An anonymous thread between each employee and their management — like a ticket on a forum, but without a name.
You sign in
With your Google work account (Google Workspace). You automatically join your organisation's space — or it is created from your email domain.
You ask your question
It goes anonymously to the registered managers. If there are none yet, you give a manager's email: we invite them, without ever mentioning your name.
Management replies, you keep talking
Follow up, clarify, say thanks: the conversation continues as long as needed, always anonymous on your side.
Public or private — your call
A public question is visible to your colleagues, who can signal they have the same question. A private question is visible only to you and management. You can change your mind at any time.
For management: a real dialogue tool
Every question in one place, what to handle first, which topics worry the most people. Reasoned answers instead of rumours.
“At the office, I could see that some colleagues had questions they didn't dare ask, simply because none of our communication channels were anonymous. I talked it over with the unions: they liked the idea, with one big caveat. If the tool is hosted by management, people won't trust it. They were right. So today I am launching this service, personally and outside any company — including my own — so that everyone can trust it: employees, who can finally ask their questions, and leaders, who can finally answer them.”

A trusted third party, not a management tool
Anonymous by design
Your management never sees who asked a question — not in the interface, not in exports, not in emails. Only our service holds the encrypted link needed to notify you of replies, and it is never shared.
Encrypted content
Questions and replies are encrypted (AES-256) before being stored. Notification emails never contain the text of the conversation.
GDPR, no tracking
Hosted in the European Union, no advertising trackers, no data resale, one-click export and deletion of your data.
Pricing
Simple and fair: free for small teams, then you only pay for the people who actually use it. No credit card to get started, no commitment.

Frequently asked questions
Can my management find out who asked a question?
No. Management sees the text of the question and the conversation, never the author's identity. It may, however, know that an account exists in your name (your IT department can see sign-ins to third-party services). Be careful with what you write, too: an overly specific detail could identify you.
And you, the publisher of the service — can you find out?
To email you when management replies, our service keeps an encrypted link between your question and your account; turning notifications off deletes it. This link is never accessible to your organisation. We contractually forbid ourselves from using it for anything else, and never disclose any information about authors to anyone, except where legally required. The technical details are on the Anonymity & security page.
How is my organisation created?
From the domain of your work email: everyone at @your-company.com joins the same space. Personal addresses (Gmail, Outlook.com…) are not accepted.
Who becomes a manager?
People invited by email (by an employee when the organisation has no manager yet, then by the managers themselves). Managers cannot ask anonymous questions: they answer them.
Does this replace employee representatives?
No. Like a Jester complements existing workplace dialogue (works council, unions, one-to-ones) with an additional direct and anonymous channel. It is not a whistleblowing system within the meaning of the law.
